BOOKINGS AND CANCELLATIONS

We know life gets in the way and we always try to be flexible. 
If you cannot make your appointment please let us know at the earliest available time. 
Your able to cancel or change your appointment online though the booking system up to 24 hours before the scheduled time. 
Bookings that need to be changed within 24 hours please contact me directly 0473555499
We do reserve the right to charge 50% of the booking fee for bookings that are cancelled within 24 hours
If you do not show up to your appointment without notifying us we reserve the right to charge 100% of the booking fee. This policy is also clearly stated on the booking page of our website. 

We collect your name, phone number and email address for in house use only. To send out email or text promo and remind you about the appointments you have booked in.
